This celebration is an expression of Bahamian music and dance. It is an interactive event featuring traditional Bahamian performers to benefit a worthy student from the Abacos to attend Flagler College. SIFE Students In Free Enterprise is a partnership in which Flagler College has joined and started a program in Abaco with economic development benefits. The festival is a link to history between our two cultures dating all the way back to the 1780s. Junkanoo will help promote history,culture, arts and tourism for both St. Augustine and the Abacos.
